62 died unexpectedly on October 22, 2021. Vicki is survived by her loving mother, Mary; adoring sisters, Diane (Mark Rachac) and Janis (Dan O'Neill); nephew, Will Rachac; and niece, Claire Rachac. She is also survived by one uncle, two aunts, and many cousins and friends. Vicki's passing has left an unfillable void in the lives of those who knew and loved her. She was very close to her mother and sisters, spending time with them multiple times each week and speaking with them every day. Her family has gratefully received an amazing outpouring of sympathy and support from many people who knew her as a relative, friend or colleague. She was looking forward to a long retirement filled with volunteer work, continuing her world travel, and spending time with her family and friends. Vicki threw her energy into her almost 34-year career at Target Corporation. She was a buyer and analyst in many different merchandising areas. She started in domestics and was promoted to manager. She held buying responsibilities in Men's Activewear and Basics as well as Food and Beverage. At the time of her retirement, she had been a Senior Business Development Manager in Electronics for several years. She met and influenced many people at Target. There have been hundreds of amazing tributes from friends and co-workers who loved and respected her. Vicki was an avid runner, logging over 93,000 miles through several decades. She had many other interests and friendships and was always quick with a smile and willingness to help anyone in need. A celebration of Vicki's life and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church in Woodbury, with a visitation from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served following Mass. Private interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Saint Ambrose Parish. We will miss you, our cherished Vicki.
