Sorry to hear about Frank´s passing. He chose me to be his Court Clerk when he was elected Town Justice in Colonie. We spent the next 10 years serving together in our roles. He was an excellent Judge, a wonderful friend and a great guy. I value to this day the memories of my association with Frank.

My deepest condolences to the Tate family. Mr. Tate was such an intelligent and accomplished man as well as kind and generous. I have so many fond memories of beingvat the Tate's home. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.
