Monica M. Galloway

Monica M. Galloway, 86, of Syracuse, died on March 12, 2024 at home.
Native of Natural Dam, NY and resident of Syracuse for many years. Monica was the daughter of the late Alton R. Hammond and Beatrice (Steacy) Hammond.
Monica was a Reservation Salesperson for U.S. Airways for 22 ½ years and retired in March 2002.
Member of the Unity Church of Today in Syracuse and a longtime member of the Syracuse Turners.
Predeceased by her parents, her husband, James O. Galloway in 2004 and sisters, Essie Ashbeck in 1984 and Bessie A. Fairchild in 2023.
Survived by: Four children: Christine Galloway, James M. (Kennidyann) Galloway, Michael J. Galloway and John C. Galloway. Five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one nephew.
Graveside services will be held at Valley Cemetery on MONDAY, March 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
