Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" LaVeck, 88, passed away at home with her family by her side on Saturday, November 4, 2023.
She is survived by her children, Mary Beth LaVeck (Jim Bird), Kathryn Mollura, and Thomas (Della) LaVeck, all of Liverpool; grandchildren, Clarissa Hamm of Buffalo, Ryan Mollura of Rochester, and Amanda (Rob) Lamen of Liverpool; brother, Robert C. Allen, Jr. (Cyndee) of Tempe, AZ; one nephew and two nieces. There will be no calling hours. The family will hold a celebration of her life at a later date. FARNE & SON Inc Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.

I will miss my very dear friend and neighbor of nearly 60 years. Our visits thru the years were more than wonderful. Now Betsy and Mike are together again.

I have many many fond memories of Betsy who I called Mrs LaVeck. I can picture her smiling face as I write this message. Painting her house and having lunch which included homemade pickles is one of my favorites. She was a great mom and a hard worker. Her and Mike were amazing together. They worked hard but they always took time to do things together. She definitely had an impact on my childhood. I will miss her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and your family.
