Sandra Sargeant Obituary

Sandra Sargeant
Sandra Sargeant, 75, of Stamford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2023, at the Masonic Care Health Center of Wallingford. She was born in Charleston, SC on October 1, 1948, to the late Ray and Lucille Donaldson Lee.
Sandra grew up in Charleston, SC, where she met her husband, Donald, while he was serving in the Marine Corp. They were married in Charleston and moved to Connecticut to raise their family. She enjoyed travelling, walking her dog and spending time with family.
Sandra is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Sargeant of Stamford, her loving children, Leslie Maloney of Stamford and Matthew Sargeant and his wife Christine of Fairfield, as well as her grandchildren, Michael, Jared, Elizabeth, Caroline and Andrew. Also surviving is her sister, Mary Carol Campbell of SC.
Besides her parents, Sandra was also predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Donald Lee, and brother- in-law, Chuck Campbell.
Funeral services and Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sandra's memory to The Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami , FL 33131, or to Lucky Dog Refuge of Stamford, 36 Pulaski Street, Stamford, CT 06902.
