Bruce Fesperman Obituary

Bruce Alan George Fesperman, age 68 of Salisbury passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Kiser Hospice House.

Bruce was born in Manassas, Va on January 7,1956 and was the son of the late Hugh Fesperman and Loretta Fesperman. Bruce served his country as an Army military policeman in Hawaii, Korea and Germany. His wife of over 20 years, Terry Lynn Miller Fesperman, also was a military police, where they met at Fort Belvoir, and were married on 3/21/1977. Professionally, he worked at and retired from Piedmont Correction Facility after many years of service. He was a very kind soul that would help anyone in need. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, camping, gardening and was a mechanic extraordinaire that could fix anything you put in front of him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Terry and his daughter Katrina Fesperman as well as his sister Betty Clatterbuck.

Those with cherished memories include his daughter Patricia Sue Ann Fesperman, his brothers; Anthony Fesperman (Louella), Brian Fesperman (Becky) and John Fesperman (Shelby) and sister Kathy Knapp (Frank) and brother in law Robert Clatterbuck. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and one of their children DJ Goss who lovingly referred to him as “Bruce Almighty”. His adopted cat Skitty also survives him.

Visitation for Mr. Fesperman will be on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove from 10:30 am till 11:30 am with funeral services at 11:30 pm also at the funeral home with Burial with Full Military Honors at 1:00 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery.
