Sharon Stinson Obituary

Sharon Lee Stinson
Hypoluxo - Sharon Lee Stinson (74) passed away at her home in Hypoluxo, Fl., on July 8, 2021, in the comfort of her family and closest friend. Born Sharon Lee Friedlander, in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 11, 1946, Sharon was the only girl of the three children of Jason D Friedlander, and his wife Anne Victoria Friedlander. Sharon graduated from Cleveland Heights High School, in 1964, and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1966, seeking new opportunities, and adventures.
Sharon was a loving daughter to her parents, caring sister to her two brothers, Douglas J. Friedlander, deceased, and Bruce D Friedlander, a fun loving aunt to her 6 nieces and nephews, who she adopted as her own, and an endearing friend, especially to her lifelong sister-friend Sandy Santoro and her daughter Angela. She was a devoted wife to her former husband, Gregory J. Stinson, for over 40 years, and remembered the many wonderful years they spent together.
Sharon was an independent, fun-loving, adventurous spirit, an unforgettable personality, who loved to travel, to explore, and to discover new places and friends, was an outstanding chef, who enjoyed celebrating the holidays, entertaining with family and friends, a gracious host, who prepared lavish dinners for her guests, who celebrated each day with a warm smile and a twinkle in her eyes for all she met. She lives in the hearts of all who knew her, and inspires each of us to live life to the fullest, without regret. She did it her way. We miss her dearly and are thankful for having lived with her. "In our times of tears, we will remember your laughter, in our times of sadness, your smiles, and in our loneliness, all the love you shared with us."
