Cynthia Lind Obituary

Cynthia Morris Lind
Born: April 26, 1964 in Chicago, IL
Died: March 27, 2024 in Barrington, IL
We bring to you the heartfelt news of the passing of Cynthia Morris Lind, fondly known to many as Cindy, who has left us at the age of 59. Born on April 26, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, Cindy imbued the lives of those around her with warmth and vibrancy until her peaceful departure on March 27, 2024, in Barrington, Illinois.
Cindy's story is a luminous tapestry woven with the love of her family, the joy of her interests, and the legacy of her character. She is survived by her devoted husband, Scott Eric Lind, and their two cherished children, Natalie Santina Lind and Eric Wesley Lind. Together, they shared a life filled with laughter, adventure, and unconditional support.
An alumna of Marquette University, Cindy carried the spirit of excellence and the thirst for knowledge she acquired with her Bachelor of Arts degree into every aspect of her life. Her intellectual curiosity was matched by her zest for the outdoors. Cindy was an avid enthusiast of hiking and skiing, reveling in the beauty of nature's splendor. Her love for boating and traveling spoke of a person who was always ready to navigate new waters and explore the horizons. Cindy's profound courage, her thoughtful nature, and her spirited personality made her an inspiration to her peers and a beacon of strength to her family. Whether indulging in a good book or sharing precious moments with loved ones, she did so with a wholehearted presence that left an indelible mark on those fortunate to have known her.
As we remember Cindy, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and joy, a life that, even in stillness, continues to echo with the courage and love she bestowed upon the world. Cynthia Morris Lind, a remarkable woman by all accounts, will be profoundly missed and forever remembered. Services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 with visitation beginning at 10:30 AM and concluding with a
Service at 2:00 PM at Kahle-Moore Funeral Home. Cary. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cindy's name would be appreciated to the Melanoma Research Foundation. https://shorturl.at/auKQX

I really enjoyed working with Cindy. She was smart, creative, and showed me a great kindness when I needed it most. Her laugh was contagious and her smile sincere. She was more than a colleague; she was a friend. I'm so sad to learn of her passing, and I send my deepest condolences to her family.
