Terrance Robert Lee, age 75, late of Tinley Park, IL, passed away March 1, 2025. U.S. Marine Veteran. He was devoted to serving his country and earned the rank of 1st Battalion 5th Regiment, 3rd Battalion 5th Marine, 2nd CAG, and CAP 242. Terrance was born August 14, 1949, in Chicago, IL. He was a truck driver and electrician by trade. He was a member of the NRA.
Terrance loved being out in the sun with his Dunkin Donuts coffee. He enjoyed bowling and going to car shows. Die-Hard Cubs fan, a pool shark, and was a jack of all trades who could fix just about anything. He doted over his dogs Mocha and Sandy. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Beloved husband of Linda Lee nee Welacha for 51 years. Loving father of Jennifer and Jeffrey (Lyn). Cherished grandfather of Ashley (Ruben), Kaila, Devin, Leah, and Jordan. Cherished great-grandfather of Julian and Milani. Caring brother of Michael (Laura), Sharon (the late Russell), Robinn (Albert), Holly, and the late Missy. Dear grandson of the late Dorothy Bonnar. Kind uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Visitation, Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Funeral Service, Monday, March 10, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
