Edward Jay Steele, age 60, passed away on Saturday October 22, 2022 at Prestige Gardens in Marysville, OH. He was born on April 30, 1962 in Marion, OH to the late Carol Skinner and Robert Steele.
In his free time Eddie loved to hunt and fish. He was a concrete finisher with Baker Concrete for 24 years.
He is survived by his children; son Robert Steele, daughter Krystal (Trevor) Hinze, siblings; Randy (Lisa) Steele, Jonda Jones, Alane (Jeff) Clark, grandchildren; Aubree, Autumn, Tripp, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Public Visitation will be held on Thursday October 27, 2022 at Edwards Funeral Service 318 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion, OH 43302 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with the service to start at 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
After the burial the family would like to invite everyone to Prospect Senior Citizens Inc 318 N Elm St, Prospect, OH 43342 for a dinner.

Eddie was a good man and an even better friend. Ed would always help you out and keep you entertained with stories and jokes. He loved to make you laugh and smile. I have many wonderful memories of him. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. RIP my friend.
