Richard Bailey Obituary

Richard F. Bailey, 71, passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 16, 2024 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Richard was born on January 12, 1953 in Warren, OH, a son and youngest of ten to the late Beauford and Ila Bailey. He was a delivery driver for Panera Bread for 20 years, before he retired in 2021. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, relaxing by the pond. He loved spending time with his family, especially the family dinners, yearly fishing charter trips, and Fourth of July parties. He also fought and beat Lymphoma twice. Richard will be deeply missed by his wife, Darlene Gantar; children, Richard (Nicole) Bailey, Nicholas (Carly) Bailey, Laura (Stephen) Gruskiewicz, and Megan Donley; grandchildren, Demitri, Aleena, Briauna, Colten, Miles, Katie, and Kerra; and sister, Julie Ewing Family and friends may visit on Saturday February 10, 2024 from 4-6:00PM at Lane Family Funeral Homes Shafer-Winans Chapel, located at 164 N.
