Ginny was my 4th grade teacher and I just saw this today looking for her studio information. She was the best teacher I ever had and became a treasured friend in my adulthood. Many of my strengths in life were fostered through her mentorship: resiliency, tenacity, growth, love of art, exploring new things, curiosity, photography, respect for Native culture and a strong sense of belief in myself. I have one of Ginny´s beautiful paintings hanging in my house and think of her and the many gifts I received from her when I look at it. You will be greatly missed Ginny and your character, strength and curiosity for life, culture and beauty lives on in all of us, your many students across the decades.
