Angela Scott Obituary

Del Mar - Angela Margarita Scott, 95, passed away peacefully in her home on October 30, 2023 in Rancho Santa Fe. Angela was born at Queen of Angels Hospital in Los Angeles on March 3, 1928, the daughter of Ernest and Margarita Adams.
After graduating from Marlborough High School in 1946, she attended UCLA, where she met and married Harrison (Bill) Walker Williams. They had two sons, Edward Harrison, and William Dennison, and celebrated 4 years of marriage before Bill died in a work-related accident. Angela then met Jack Dixon Scott and married in 1955. They had two daughters, Laurie Anne and Sandra Margarita.
Jack and Angela raised their family in San Marino where they lived for 45 years before moving to Rancho Santa Fe in the late 90s.
In addition to her children, Angela is survived by her 5 Grandchildren: Mathew and Molly Churchill, Adam Williams, Jack and Samantha Ullman; 2 Great Grandchildren: Charlotte and Camden Churchill, her brother, Tom Adams, and her dear friend and assistant, Ernestina Tamayo, who lived with and cared for her for over 45 years.
Angela, a 9th generation Los Angelean, was affiliated with First Families of California, and was a Southern California Blue Book Member. She was involved in many philanthropic organizations including Las Madrinas, the Pasadena Assistance League, Mayfield's Sisters of the Holy Cross, and the Christ Child Society of Pasadena. Her favorite pastimes were traveling around the world with Jack, bridge with the Affordables, and dominos with friends at the beach house in Del Mar.
