Carol Scott Obituary

We are sad to announce the passing of our family matriarch at the age of 85. She was a source of joy, love and advice to her children and grandchildren. Born in Pennsylvania to Charles and Ruby Robb, she moved at an early age to Fontana, California where she would spend the rest of her life. Fiercely independent, she worked hard in the medical industry while raising three sons as a single parent. Always in attendance at the various sporting and educational activities of her sons, she set an example as a parent that could do it all. Her sons were never in need and always felt surrounded by love and support. She loved her job and continued to work long after retirement age. She enjoyed travel and you could find her on many cruises that took her all over the world. She also loved animals and worked with local veterinarians to spay and neuter stray animals that she found in need. Her morning newspaper and cup of coffee were a joy throughout her life. Carol leaves behind 2 of her loving sons, Jerry and Donald. She is also survived by 2 nieces, Debbie and Sharyl; 6 grandchildren, Brandi, Eric, Alan, Kelly, Renee and Ashley; and 8 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Michael; her brother Charles; and her parents. Rest in peace mom and grandma. You will be remembered and missed deeply.
