I remember meeting you & Pat for the 1st time in 1988. I had just moved to Utah so far from my family, Brian was our missionary in NJ, & we were coming for a "little"BBQ. I remember walking into the back yard & there were so many people & I must of looked so neevous. Pat asked me to help her so I followed her to the kitchen where we talked & I relaxed. We got more food ready to bring out & then went back. There was so much love, laughter, stories, music, good food, jokes & my knowledge of a "small" BBQ was forever changed. . You have the most amazing way of making people feel like family & I am grateful to have so many memories. Thank you for making me feel like family, I will miss your smile & laugh so much.

So many years have passed since we lived in South Ogden and had many wonderful memories of the Fiso family. Hardly a week passes that we don't speak of a fond memory of Avefua, Pat and their family. We have been blessed by your friendship!

We would very much like to attend the services for Avefua. He is a long-time friend to Dawn and me. Dawn passed away yesterday, October 8th, and we will be having her funeral service on Friday, the 15th in Lehi, and burial in Idaho on Saturday the 16th. Our love and best wishes to your family. We loved Avefua and Pat.

Brother Fido changed how I view both signing hymns with other people, and humming to myself while I do literally anything. He will be missed, but his influence will always be appreciated.

Pat and Ave were our neighbors in South Ogden when we were first married. They were always so good to us and our children. They treated us like family. Ave always made everyone around him smile and was so full of kindness and happiness. We will forever be grateful to then for the sweet influence they have been in our life. He will be missed by all who knew him. We hope and pray you all find comfort in the gospel and peace in the many happy memories you have.
Love,
Laren & Toni George and family

I remember Uncle and Aunty coming to visit in California. I always enjoyed our conversations when I saw him. I will miss his smile and warm hello. Love you family.
