Your legacy will live in at Maara Roa in the knowledge that both Aotea and Porirua Colleges have become involved in the project. The best part is that this will grow in the years to come as both schools extend the range of activities at the project. Moving to the Golden Hectare showed Porirua College that there was a restoration project just over their boundary fence which they could participate in. When we look down towards the volcano and see the triangular seat we will remember you.

Mr Bellingham was my science teacher at Porirua College in the mid 80's. He had a wealth of knowledge on all things science, but what I remember him most for was his great sense of humour, cheeky smile and laugh. He was a great teacher! So sad to hear of your loss.
