William John (Bill):
12.8.1946 - 6.5.2023
Passed away after a long and courageous battle and one that was fought so hard until the end, but surrounded with love. Best friend forever and so dearly loved husband of Julie. Dearly loved father of Bradley, Bridget, Stacey, Kim, and their families. A treasured "Dandad" whose fun times will be missed so much.
"Your loss, Bill, has left such a void in our lives that will never be filled. We take comfort you can now find the peace you deserve."
A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at Alexandra House Chapel, 570 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu, on Thursday, 11th May at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation. The service will be livestreamed please email [email protected] for link. All communications to the Atkins family, PO Box 137, Te Awamutu 3840.

Julie l was very sorry to hear Bill had passed away. What l loved about Bill was his forthright opinions on matters. I know this is a very difficult time for you, but l know you are surrounded by your family and l know you will draw strength from them to get through. My most sincere condolences to you Julie.
