Verna MEADS Obituary
Verna Claire (nee Lang):
Peacefully at home with her family on December 19, 2021. Aged 85. Dearly loved wife of the late Colin. Treasured and much loved Mum of Karen, Kelvin, Rhonda, Glynn and Shelley. Respected mother-in-law and friend of Allan, the late Debbie, Clive, Jo, Paul and Julie. So loved by her 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr David McLean for his care of Mum. Thanks also to Dr Keith Buswell and Te Kuiti Hospital staff. Verna will be farewelled at V J Williams Chapel, King St West, Te Kuiti, on Thursday, December 23, at 1.00pm. Please remember vaccine passes are required. For live streaming details please email [email protected]. Tributes can be left on the website www.vjwilliams.co.nz/funerals-tributes. In lieu of flowers, donations to Waikato Hospice and the Cancer Society in Verna's memory would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
