Just heard about Troy from David Goodley who also just heard. We are all so sad. Thinking about you all. Troy lent me a car for a trip around New Zealand. We all had dinner together at the end. Fantastic man. Big heart. Greatly missed.

I first met Troy when I was 17 years old. He went out with my sister in Hamilton. Troy was a fun loving, charismatic man with a great sense of humour. He rang me every couple of years to catch up. RIP my friend. Janene

I am so deeply saddened to hear this incredibly sad news. Troy's energy and zest for life was infectious. I will always remember his fun sense of humor and one liner's! Always a good story to be told and he'd have everyone in fits of laughter. Remembering many good times with Troy over the years, usually in a bar or at a party.
