PENNELL, Thomas Noel:
Reg. No. 619588 Trooper, NZ Infantry, 2nd NZEF WW2. Peacefully on 29th May 2018, in Hamilton, aged 93 years, surrounded by his loving family. Adored husband of the late Dawn; loved and respected father and father-in-law of Sonia and Bob, Terri and John, Raewyn and John, Noel and Rebecca and Trish. Loved grandfather and great-grandfather. "A man of strength, strong character and full of integrity". A service to honour Noel's life will be held on Tuesday 5th June 2018, at 1.00pm at Trinity St. Pauls Union Parish Church, Queen Street Cambridge, followed by interment at the Hautapu Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated and can be left at the service. Special thanks to the warm and caring staff at Hilda Ross Hamilton.
