Passed away peacefully 1 December 2015; aged 21 years. Loved son of Kathryn and Cam, and treasured grandson of Keith and Janet. A memorial service for Tom will be held on Monday, 7 December 2015, 2.30pm in the Avalon Chapel, Simply Cremations Funeral Home, 388 Wairere Drive, Te Rapa, Hamilton. Donations to Canteen can be left at the service and would be greatly
appreciated.
