Te HOTENE Obituary
HOTENE,
Te Ata Hauata Hazel (Curly):
To the families, extended families, hapü and Iwi of Ngãti Hauã, the many friends and acquaintances, of the late Te Ata Hauata Hazel (better known as Curly). We wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy, gestures of kindness, condolences and support shown to us during the loss of our Mum. Your many acts of kindness and sympathy continue to be a great comfort to us all, in our time of sadness. We offer our heartful thanks to you all, who may have visited Mum at home, visited the hospital, attended tangihanga, services and burial. Thank you for providing us with emotional and practical support during this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who gave koha, financially, emotionally, practically and of their time, we are truly and forever blessed and grateful. To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss less painful. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
2 Koriniti 9:10
Na ma to kaihomai i te purapura ki te kaiwhakato, i te taro hoki hei kai, e homai e mea kia maha ta koutou e whakato ai, e whakanui hoki nga hua o to koutou tika. (Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness).
Na te whãnau Hotene.
