Sokoeun (nee Chea):
(formerly of Cambodia).
Loved by all who knew Sokoeun and the customers at the Kopu Cafe, Thames. Unexpectedly on 15 September, 2016; aged 50 years. Most adored wife and sweetheart of Moeun, cherished and irreplaceable Mummy of Dary and Sebastian, Somarly and Luke, Richard, and Patrick. Adored Grandma of Lachlan and Lea, and beloved Aunty of Cameron, Kim, Kevin, Jon, Imogen, Lorenzo,and Antalya. We may have lost our Mum, but heaven and the world has gained an angel. She was our ray of sunshine, more vibrant than any rainbow or flower. People will forget what you said, people will forget what you've done, but they will never forget how you made them feel and Mum made everybody feel like family. May your love and respect for her be our strength during these hard times. Sokoeun will be at Wat Khmer Puthearam Temple, 8 O'Connell Street, Manurewa. A celebration of Sokoeun's life will be held at Manukau Memorial Gardens Crematorium Chapel, Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland on Saturday, 24 September, at 9.30am, followed by private cremation. Hi, this morning I heard that Sokoeun died I started to cry. I couldn't stop thinking about her she was the nicest person I had ever met.I send all of my love to all of you and her. I feel very sorry for all of you and her.love from Madeline Hancock.❤

my heartfelt condolonces and aroha to the family of this wonderful women. Sokoeun's cafe is a regular stop for breakfast on the way to work. always greeted with a smile of recognition and a sincere enquiry as to how my day was. I will continue to stop in but i will genuinely miss her.
