So sorry to hear. My sister Elaine was closer to Francie, being older, but our 2 families had been friends for years. My condolences on behalf of the Campbell family. Sadly Elaine already gone too.

I had the great fortune to spend time with Felix and Frances on a number of occasions when I visited New Zealand. Frances was such a lively young lady, full of energy, humor and adventures. She was a delight to be around and always brought a smile to my face! She most definitely enjoyed spending time with Felix and loved her family a great deal. My prayers are with Frances and her family, she will not be forgotten and her wonderful laugh, which brightened up your day! Lots of Love, Darlene Hart
