Sammy is no longer suffering or feeling any pain. She passed peacefully in Mum and Dads arms on 24th June 2015. Born 31st October 2014. Beloved little sister to Charlotte. Granddaughter to loving grandparents, Nan & Pop, Pop Pop & Poppy. Niece to Lisa and Sean (London) and Shawn and Michelle.
We love you to the stars and back forever.
A Service will be held at 2pm on Monday 29th June, at Hamilton Gardens, Rotary Lounge - Entrance off Cobham Drive, Gate 2. All communications to 138 Grey Street Hamilton 3216 FDANZ.
