GREIG, Rodney Brooking:
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Waikato Hospital on 21 September 2018, aged 94. Son of Gordon and Dorothy Greig. Dearly loved husband of Shirley for 67 years, adored father and father-in-law of Maree and David Quill; Glenda and Steve Wightman; Heather Bright; and Kaye and Bryce Taylor. An incredible Grandad to Lorina Rogers; Christopher and Natalie Quill; Nicholas Wightman; Isaac and Annalies Bright; Natasha and Bob Meertens; Claire and Christopher Sutton; Daniel Taylor; Tracy Taylor; and Hannah Bright. Amazing Great Grandad to Fletcher, Sienna and Toby; Amelia; Bailey; Finn, Jax and Lainey; and expected baby Meertens. A service to celebrate Rodney's long and happy life will be held 11.00am, Tuesday 25 September, at The Waikato Cathedral Church of St Peter, Victoria Street, Hamilton. Dear Shirley and family,
It was with sadness that I read of Rods passing. As a child, I remember you all coming to visit my family when we lived in rotorua. It was a fun time.
