Sincere sympathy on the passing of Mr Pirrit who we first had the pleasure to meet in 1981 when he brought our son and only child, into the world on what was his birthday. Without him our son and mother may not be here. Then 1999 he was there for mother when cancer discovered and performed major surgery. We had kept in touch in early years, especially on his birthday, and were sad to learn only recently of his passing. A lovely man who is remembered very fondly and with grateful thanks.

Sorry to hear of Ru's passing just now, we would´ve come to his memorial service. Ru was part of our extended family. I met Ru some years back, following my surgery, every day he came to visit me in hospital. A relation of my husbands, they had both been at the Pirrett reunion at Pokeno back in the sixties. It was wonderful to catch up with Ru again and thru him gain a treasured possession, a copy of the Pirrit catalogue, having descended from George Pirrit.
Our sympathy and condolences to All the family
