HAGGIE, Piki Taawhaki (Piki). - Kua hinga te kauri nui o te wao nui o Taane. Died peacefully on 26 July 2013 aged 74 years. Beloved son of the late Charles and Te Au Mihi and dearly loved partner of Piritata. Much loved and treasured Dad of Dean and Erana, Sonya and Blair, Carmen and Tahere, and father-in-law of Jackie. Loved by his grandchildren Marrin, Deanna, Raynard, Te Aumihi, Ben, Paris, Candice and Aden, and his great grandchildren.
- Piki will be lying at Turangawaewae Marae until his service at 11am on Monday 29 July 2013. Ka kawea ki te urupa ki te takoto waenganui nga rarangi Kiingi ki Taupiri. Rire rire hau Paimarire.

HAGGIE, Piki. — Died 26/07/13. A man who fought a hard battle on the field and in life. Respected member of the Ngaruawahia Rugby League Old Boys Association and life member of the League Club. Will be sadly missed by all members. The Old Boys fishing trips will never be the same. Rest peacefully Piki. Your spirit will remain with us always.
