KING, Peter Laurence:
Passed away peacefully on Saturday 10th December 2022. Aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband of Helen. Loved father and father-in-law of Leonie and Darryl, Rob and Sally, Steve and Jo, and Richard and Erin. Treasured grandad of Ben, Brooke Luke, Phoenix, Jetson, Saskia, and Max. The Service for Peter will be held at Woolertons Funeral Home, 8 Railside Place, Hamilton, on Thursday 15th December at 10.30am. Donations to Waikato Hospice would be appreciated and may be made online or left at the service. All correspondence for the King family, c/- Woolertons Funeral Home, PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240.

To Helen and Family, We are so sorry to read of Peters passing.
Trevor and I have known Peter all our Railway lives, he was a neighbour when I was growing up in the Frankton Railway Settlement and then we both worked with him in the LocoDepot, Frankton. A lot of good times were had by all.
Another good Enginedriver has gone on his last train ride.
