Passed away peacefully at 7.00pm on Thursday, the 24th of March 2022 with his loving wife at his side. Loving son of the Late Gordon and Heke Bennett. Devoted husband of Loretta for 42 years. Amazing and supportive dad of Sean and Lani and Jodi. Treasured poppa of Anahera and Te Whiunui, Mareikura, Tatiana-Ratoya and Trey. A graveside celebration of Peter's life will be held at the Oak Lawn, Row 40, Plot 43, The Hamilton Park Cemetery, 395 Morrinsville Road, Newstead on Monday 28th March at 11.00am.
