Paul "Stephen" NORTON

Paul NORTON Obituary

Ran his last race on Tuesday 12th of November 2024, with his wit and sense of humour still strong. Beloved husband of Debra, treasured father of Matthew, Georgia and Victoria. Son of Margaret (Marge) Norton, brother of John, Jed, Lynda, Mark and the late Sandra and David. The family would like to especially thank the staff at Waikato Hospital for their amazing care and attention over the last few weeks. Paul was a passionate owner of horses over the years and an avid fan of the trots; something he shared with the people he loved. Viewings of Paul will be available by request on the 18th and 19th November. Please contact the family if you would like to spend some time with Paul. A celebration of Paul's life will take place at 11:00am on the 20th of November at Woodside Estate (130-132 Woodside Rd, Matangi, Hamilton). All are welcome to join us to share their fondest memories.

Paul was the best boss I ever had. I enjoyed our chats and how we would fix the world.

We cuzzies, had fun & memorable times when our 2 large families had gatherings. Paul was a lovable, kind & gentle cousin.

After a hard-fought battle, Paul passed on Tuesday 12th November 2024. Was a privilege to be his brother, we shared so much. Have lost not just a brother, but a best mate. "Simply the Best." Sadly missed, much loved, RIP. John & Jean .
