Patricia (nee Prior):
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 17 August 2016, aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late John FitzPatrick. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Mary, Michael, Pam, Maureen and Den. Much loved Nana of Joseph and Penny; Adam, Jess, Adalita and August; Chris, Nina, Theo and Adam; Ben and Courtney; Steph and Tristan; Sean; Daniel and Eavan; Jade and Sam; and Kieran. We welcome family and friends to a service to celebrate mum's life at the Chapel of Forrest Funeral Services 39 Riverside Road, Orewa, on Tuesday, 23 August at 11am.
