Nola GRIBBEN Obituary

My association with Yvonne has been short but during that time she always had a smile. She has many friends who will miss her dearly. Take care Keith you will have your ups and downs but know you have friends for support.

I will treasure forever my memories of time spent with Mrs Gribben! She always made me feel so welcome when visiting their home and I will always remember her smile and the care she showed towards me when I was young. My thoughts are with Mr Gribben and and while I haven't seen them in too long with the boys too and their families. It is with much sadness that I couldn't be at the funeral but I am there in spirit.

A special lady who will be missed by all lives she touched.

The news of Yvonnes' passing came as a shock. I always thought there was plenty of time for catching up with old friends. My heart goes out to you Keith and your boys and their families. It is not easy to lose a loved one still so young. Yvonne will always be with you in your hearts and i will always have the fond memories of our times together in the Waingaro community. Xo

I have really valued and enjoyed Yvonne's friendship and cheerful chats at our GOB dinners. Thinking of you Keith, Ben, Mathew, Chris, Andrew and family as we cherish happy memories of Yvonne. RIP

A much loved friend for over 40 years. You will be missed Yvonne but always remembered for your gentle kind nature, sometimes wicked sense of humour and your loyalty to those you called friends! gone but never forgotten.

Special thoughts to all her family. You were so important to her. I will miss my fun friend and work colleague.. I miss her now!

So many happy memories of time spent with this special lady, over 34+ years of friendship. We have lost a sister. Love to the family.

It is with deep sadness we acknowledge the passing of Mrs Yvonne Gribben on Sunday 26 August 2018. Yvonne taught at Vardon School for 14 years and was a valued colleague and dear friend to many.
