Neville PARNWELL Obituary

Passed away in his happy place (on the farm) on Monday, 25th November 2024, aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Kathy. Cherished father and father-in-law of Mike & Lisa, Donna & Tony, and Denise & Warren. Much loved Popa to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nev's family wish to convey their heartfelt thanks to the Police, Land SAR, and Horahora Community, for their help and love shown to them over the past few days. A celebration of Nev's life will be held at Horahora Memorial Hall, 1806 Maungatautari Road, Horahora, on Wednesday, 4th December 2024, at 1.00pm. Donations to Hamilton Search & Rescue would be appreciated and may be left at the service. All communications to the Parnwell Family, c/- 3 Hallys Lane, Cambridge 3434.

It was so sad to hear of the passing of Neville. You couldn´t meet a nicer guy. We can remember the great holidays we had together, with plenty of laughs, and the great times we had at Horahora. You will always be in our thoughts Neville.

Our sincere condolences to Kathy and the extended family. Neville has been a huge help to my mother and me at the Lodge over many years. Eg He lost 15kg building the cattle yards.
The beer, mussels and laughs on Tuesdays won't be the same without him.
