GOODLEY, Nelson:
of Cambridge. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at Wairoa Hospital surrounded by his loving family, after a long incredibly brave fight with cancer. Nelson was a loved husband and soulmate of Rae. Treasured Dad to Nicky, Jan, and Joanna, and to Gary and Brett. Heroic Poppa to Flynn. A service for Nelson will be held at St Peter's Catholic Church, Queen Street, Wairoa on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at 1.00pm followed by a private cremation. A celebration of Nelson's life will also be held in Cambridge at a later date. Our sincere thanks to all the doctors and nurses at Wairoa hospital, who took such wonderful care of our brave man.
