Nelda HAMMOND Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Friday, 31st January 2025, at Eventide Rest Home, aged 78 years old. Loved wife of Des for 59 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Mark & Natalie, Chris & Jan and Paul & Leanne. Loved grandmother and great-grandmother to her many grandchildren. A funeral to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at 1.00pm on Tuesday, 4th February, at Seddon Park Funeral Home, 49 Seddon Rd, Frankton. Margaret's family would like to extend a special thanks to the team at Eventide Rest Home, who cared for Margaret so well.
