Nancy SPEEDY Obituary
A fighter till the end, passed away peacefully on 29th May 2017 to join her one love, husband Hugh. Cherished mother of Ruth & Geoffrey, Hamish, Marion & Kerry and Graham & Jo. Best Nana in the world to Blair, Chloe, Ainslie and Erin and Great-Nan to Cooper. Two weeks away from turning 90, the strength and love you had for life will always make us proud. Your memory will live on and you'll always be in our hearts. With thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Waikato Hospital OPR 3 Ward - she couldn't have had better care. Family and friends are invited to a service to celebrate Nancy's life at Woodlands on Saturday 3rd June 2017 at 1.00pm at Woodlands, 42 Whitikahu Road, Gordonton, Hamilton. Dad and I are so sorry we were not able to be with you on the day of Nancy's service.You were all in our thoughts.

Please accept our sympathy to you all - Nancy had a full life which I have many wonderful memories of from our old home district.
In recent years I was able to renew old acquaintances when visiting her when she was residing in Tauranga - I think I took our Mother along too; we shared happy times.
Always a positive personality with a happy smile Nancy will be remembered by many.
As I was unable to attend last Saturday -I'm presently on one of my monthly tours in PNG - please accept our condolences.

So sorry to hear of Nancys passing. Our love and deepest sympathy to you all. Nancy was an amazing lady. I still have her recipe for chocolate balls!! So sorry we can't be with you as we are currently in New York. Was lovely to catch up with Nancy and Ruth at Cascades recently. Will be thinking of you all on Saturday. Love Selwyn and Judy Mexted.
