Born on 6 January 1941 at Martinborough, died peacefully at home in Wellington on 17 August 2025. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Bridget Grant and Chris Higgs, and Rachel and Willy Barr, Grandpa of Isla and Skye, and former husband of Sheila Grant (all of Edinburgh). Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of Brian and Pauline Grant and family (Australia). Much loved by Nancy Swarbrick. Thank you for all you gave us.
