Millie FOSTER Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital, on Wednesday 4 December 2024, in her 95th year. Wife of the late Frank and former wife of the late Alf Williams. Much loved mother of Jocelyn, Eric, Paul and the late Kevin. Adored Nana of Kerryn, Melanie, Catherine and Kennedy, and Great-Nana of 6. In accordance with Millie's wishes, a private service has taken place.

I have lovely memories of Millie visiting our home frequently when my Mum, Pat, did her dressmaking. I believe the connection started when they were both in their mid to late 20s. They became very good friends. Over the years they kept up by phone and a few visits until Mum passed away quite suddenly in 2020. I remember Millie as a kind woman with a good sense of humour. She loved her family. May she rest in peace

Sorry for your loss. I've always had a soft spot for Millie and loved her sense of humour, her giggle and her wisdom. I met Millie when I was 10 with my parents and I have kept in touch and visited her often over the last 44 yrs. Fly high Millie xo
