To all the wonderful people that have said so many nice things about our son Michael. Nan & Tom thank you with all our hearts it has made things a lot easier. he was a great guy and a real friend to many people. may he rest in peace.

So sad to hear this news. Met Mike through Martin Fisher and had lots of fun with him in London.
Later on in life amd back in NZ we would catch up through music connections at various events. I will always remember Mikes big smile, his zest for life and interest in 'what have you been up to lately' a good listner... my heartfelt condolences to Mikes whanau and friends as I know he will be surely missed. Mike was a whirlwind of energy with amazing music knowledge and Warren I enjoyed every encounter with him. He always used to remind me of Tigger, in terms of his boundless enthusiasm for The Most - and life.
