Mavis FLINT Obituary
Passed away peacefully on 8th June 2023, at home surrounded by family; in her 96th year. Loved wife of the late Richard (Dick), and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Carolle and Mike (deceased), Philip and Gail (USA), Barry, Robyn and Brian. Dearly loved sister of Lloyd, sister-in-law of the late Heather. Aunty Mavis to Bev, Jenny and Julie. Loved Nana of Brent and Viv, Grant and Hayley, Shayne and Melissa, Kirstine and Daren, Melanie and Tom (USA), Gavin, Richard, Brendan and Jeanine, Jodi, Nicola, James and Carlie. Respected friend of Kevin, Dianne, Jenny, Fiona, and the late Cliff. Great-Nana to Scott, Toni (Canada), Krystal, Michael, Hannah, Jade, Cullen, Grace, Kinnon, Hunter, Paris, Tyler, Emily (USA), Tristan, Tayla, Lachlan, Ryan, Charlotte, Kyla, Jack, and Emily, and Great-great-Nana to Bailey, Charlie and Poppy. At Mavis' request, a private family service has taken place. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Special thanks to Dr Hayley Scott and the District Nursing staff for their kindness and support.

Condolences to all the Flint family. What a legend, what a trooper, what a fiercely independent woman who continued to give in life. Always reaching out and quietly going about her business.
