BOOTH, Mavis Ann:
Passed away peacefully on 30 January 2019, at Waikato Hospital. Loved daughter of Eileen and Doug Campbell (Horotiu). Loved sister of Jocelyn and Bill, Harold and Kay, Gail and Malcolm. Loved mother of Sharon and Maree. Loved Grandmother of all her grandchildren. Mum had so many friends and relations whose hearts she touched and who she loved and appreciated. We are all grateful for everyones love and support over Mum's life. Thank you to the kind and caring staff at Waikato Hospital M2, Menzies Building.
Mum, you were the best Mother we could have ever asked for, eternal gratitude, forever in our hearts and souls.
At Mavis' request a private cremation has been held.

Sorry to hear of Mavis passing, we are thinking of Mavis's family at this sad time, she was a loyal friend and work colleague, I will miss our phone chats. Judy, Eric, Colin Sigley.
