SUTHERLAND,
Mary Rose:
Passed away peacefully, at St Kilda's Resthome, Cambridge, on 22 July 2017. Aged 88 years. (Former Matron of Argyle House, Hamilton Boy's High School). Beloved daughter of the late John and Rosa Sutherland, loved sister and sister-in-law of Bob (deceased), Joan (deceased), Lorna and Adrian Wotton, Bill (deceased) and Margaret. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Andrew and Rebecca, loved grandmother of Victoria and Cameron. A service for Mary will be held at the Hamilton Park Crematorium Chapel, 395 Morrinsville Road, Newstead, (please note change of time) Wednesday, 9 August at 2.00pm. Correspondence to the Sutherland Family, C/- PO Box 276, Hamilton.

A mother to hundreds of young men over the years at Argyle House. I have many memories of Miss Sutherland. A sad time for family and friends. RIP Mary.
