Martin LINDSAY Obituary

LINDSAY, Martin Thomas
(Marty, Mart)
Slipped away quietly on 9 December 2016 at Hospice Waikato. Precious husband, friend and "Mister" of Kay. Proud father of Joseph and Wendi, Emma and Simon and Nur. Poppa Martin of 13 grandchildren. Son of Peg and the late Sholto Lindsay, brother of Ken (deceased), John and Judy (Havelock North) and Jan and Dean Spiers (Lower Hutt). You have travelled this journey with humility, courage and a message to all – to not be afraid to accept graciously what cannot be changed. Our sincere thanks to Paddy Bhula and Fairfield Medical Centre, and Hospice Waikato for their love and support throughout this journey. A service for Martin will be held the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Grey Street, Hamilton East (parking off Beale Street) on Wednesday 14 December at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice would be gratefully accepted and can be left in the Cathedral foyer. All communications to the Lindsay Family, P.O. Box 4449, Hamilton.
Published by Waikato Times from Dec. 12 to Dec. 14, 2016.
