Marion PRICE Obituary
"Come with us to a place where peace reigns forever, a place where it is serene and calm."
Eleven years was such a long time for Marion to fight this terrible disease. Marion died on 21st September 2024 leaving behind her husband, Ross, after 64 years of marriage, and her two earthbound angel daughters, Debra and Susan, and her son-in-law, Stuart. She also said goodbye to her five grandchildren, Amanda, Philippa, Kylie, Jared and Kerrianne, and their partners, and her five great-grandchildren, Amelia, Rylan, Luka, Beau and Sofia. At Marion's request there will be no funeral or memorial service. She said that people should remember her as they knew her. All communications to Debra Dove, 166B Rimu Street, Forest Lake, Hamilton.

I was the receptionist at chemo day stay @ Waikato hosp before moving to Southland. Marion would come for her treatment & Dr visits. Lots of wonderful chats ( especially the rugby) and sharing our knitting projects. Time to rest now lovely lady. Sending my condolences to Ross and family.

Went to school at Forest Lake with Marion , and was involved with her in the 75th celebrations of the school , lovely gentle lady .

A sad time for you all. Marion and Ross were great neighbours for many years. Many backyard chats. Marion´s enthusiastic appreciation of life was infectious. It is our lasting memory.

Born 10.11.1940, passed away 21.9.2024. Cherished Mum of Debra Dove and Susan Lindsey, and son-in-law Stuart. Beloved Grandma of Amanda and Aaron Goile, Philippa Dove and Tim Ferguson, Kylie and Justin Carter, Jared Lindsey and Grier Gardyne, and Kerrianne Lindsey. Great-Grandma to Amelia, Rylan, Luka, Beau and Sofia.
