Marilyn YEOMAN Obituary

Such a wonderful neighbour - I will miss our chats through the gap in the fence (put there so we could talk whilst hanging out our washing). I will take good care of the shared avocado tree!

Marilyn was an outstanding leader and friend. I am sad I cant get to her farewell but will always remember her, the changes she made to education for children and her keen interest in what was happening to education after her retirement. She was a "Doer" not just a talker. Farewell Marilyn, now your guidance will be from above!

It has been such a privilege and joy to have been Marilyn´s friend and neighbour . So many great times we shared from being a team at the Hamilton Gardens info centre to the rather strong end of day brandy ! Love to Wyn and all your lovely family .I will miss you . Xx

My sincere condolences to Mrs Yeoman´s family and friends. She was one of my favourite teachers during her time as principal of Tamahere School. I remember her fondly and am deeply grateful for the impact she had as an educator. Rest in love.
