Marian LUSBY Obituary

Dear Judy and family I was so distraught on arrival at your mothers room on Monday to be informed of her passing. I have been so consumed with my work that hadn´t had time to call in for our weekly chat. She was such an inspiration and we bonded amazingly having come from similar farming lifestyles in our earlier years. Bless her heart,may she rest in peace

The Welsh Pony and Cob Society of New Zealand send heartfelt condolences to Marian´s family.
Honorary Life Membership, the Priscilla Neill Trophy and the Welsh Pony and Cob Service Award all presented to Marian over the years and so richly deserved. A loyal and passionate member of the Society.
Marian served on Council for many years and was always welcomed with open arms wherever she went within the Welsh Pony and Cob Community. Under her Prefix "Ascot" Marian bred beautiful, true to type Welsh Mountain Ponies whose progeny are still out there today making the Ascot Stud proud.
Rest in peace precious Marian.
