Madgelain Joan (Joan):
Suddenly on 1st May 2017 at home, aged 89 years. Loved wife of the late Fred Cole. Much loved mother, mother-in-law and friend of Carol, David & Gill, Paula & Kirk, Lizzie & Matt and Camden. Loved Nana of eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
"We will miss you so much. A friend to all."
A celebration of Joan's life is to be held on Saturday 6th May 2017 at 1.00pm in the Hamilton Park Chapel, Newstead, Hamilton. At Joan's request, please wear colourful clothing. All communications please to the Cole Family, PO Box 844, Cambridge 3450. Cambridge Funeral Services FDANZ

I am so sad to only of found out of the beautiful Joan's passing today she was a lady who I wish I could be like at her age she always had a joke to share when ever we spoke and when we always hung up from each other it would make me happy for the rest of the day even when I was in hospital she would ring me everyday and the nurses would bring me the phone in with a smile on there faces it was such a privilege knowing you Joan and I will miss you so much xxx

Condolences to the family. Sorry but I will be unable to make it to the funeral. Joan was a good friend to May and I know Mum always enjoyed hearing from her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Such a wonderful wonderful lady, she cared so much for so many and they cared so much for her also. She will be sadly missed in all our lives.

Our sincerest sympathy to family. Joan loved and was proud of you all. A happy and charitable soul, time for all, a real tonic to share her company, will be sadly missed. One of the "old school" who I adored. Love cousins Bet & Barry.
