Luke BERWICK Obituary

Dearly loved son of Jo Berwick and William Polatsek. Big brother to Kate, and Uncle Lukey to Marlie. Human dad to Jess and Macymoo. Loved by all that knew him. We miss and love you. Tragically taken from us whilst fishing (doing what he loved). We would like to thank 'team Luke' for those that helped search for him, and those that looked after us all. The love and support given to Kate and I since this happened has been overwhelming and we are forever grateful.
