Lucy Ann (nee Davey):
My best friend passed away on 28th September 2016 peacefully at home in Taumarunui, surrounded by family after a courageous battle. A wonderful wife, companion and soul mate to Dean. Adored, cherished and wonderful mother to Rosie, William and Emma. You were taken far too young at 46 years. We will miss you my love. Much loved daughter of Gloria and the late Alex, sister to Malcolm, Julie, Chris, Steve and Bart. And other family members too numerous to list. We are so grateful to the Waikato Hospice, the Taumarunui Hope Foundation and all those who have supported us through this journey. You might be gone but never forgotten, departed but always present in our hearts. A Service for Lucy will be held in St Davids Co-operating Parish, 32 Church Street, Te Aroha on Monday, 3rd October 2016 at 1:00 pm followed by a private cremation. To Dear Dean
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of a loving wife and mother. Our thoughts and prayers have been with you all throughout this journey. Lucy my lovely niece was such a large personality and had such courage throughout this journey. She was such an inspiration that no matter what, the show goes on.
Our love and thoughts and prayers also go to Rosie, William and Emma. Loving thoughts and sympathies from Australia from her cousins Judy Hadley and her husband Derek, Sandra Rosenblum and her husband David and their children Jason, Aaron, Tyson and Damon.

Passed away peacefully at home, aged 46. Greatly loved daughter of Gloria and the late Alex Davey. Amazing youngest sister of Malcolm and Myra, Julie and Warrick, Chris and Vicki, Steve and Kim, Bart and Brigette. A very special Aunt to all her many neices and nephews. Finally at peace. Many thanks to all who supported and cared for Lucy. Loved by her large and extended family.
